Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
If these conditions are met, please contact us at support@mypills.pro to initiate the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used pill organizers
- Products purchased as part of promotional bundles
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the allotted time, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@mypills.pro.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us with your order details and a photo of the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
