messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

The foregoing shall not be interpreted to imply that all messages are sent using an automatic telephone
dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”).

7. User Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END,
CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message.
You may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out. Verbal or alternative methods are not valid.

8. Duty to Notify & Indemnify

If you change or relinquish your mobile number, you must complete the opt-out process before doing so. Failure to notify

9. Program Description & Frequency

Subscribers may receive recurring messages concerning product updates, offers, services, and events (up to
4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

10. Support & Contact

For support, text HELP to the number you receive messages from or email
support@mypills.pro. Email is not a valid method of opting out; please use the
SMS keywords above.

11. MMS Disclosure

If your device does not support MMS, we may send standard SMS messages instead.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. Delivery depends
on your wireless carrier and is outside of our control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Participant Requirements

Participants must own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, use a participating carrier, and have an active
text messaging plan. Not all carriers support this service.

14. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the website or participate in the Program. Users 13–18 must
have parental or guardian consent and be permitted by applicable law.

15. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Program to transmit:

• Fraudulent, libelous, harassing, or defamatory material;
• Obscene, violent, or discriminatory content;
• Viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code;

16. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in
Walpole, Massachusetts, before one arbitrator, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the
American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration is conducted on an individual basis—no class actions.

If arbitration is deemed invalid in a given jurisdiction, disputes may proceed in court, and the parties waive the right
to a jury trial.

17. Miscellaneous

You warrant that you have all necessary rights and authority to agree to these Terms. Failure to enforce any provision
will not constitute a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so
the remaining provisions remain in effect. New features, updates, and improvements are subject to these Terms unless
stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
